Group-Specific Agglutinins in Rabbit Serums for Human Cells

[摘要] All rabbits possessing normal group-specific β agglutinins produced immune group-specific β agglutinins. About two-thirds of the animals lacking normal agglutinins produced specific β agglutinins upon immunization.The B1 antigen could not be demonstrated in the tissues, blood cells, or serum of rabbits incapable of producing group-specific β agglutinins.
