The Effect of Antilymphocytic Serum on Circulating Antibody Levels

[摘要] Administration of antilymphocytic serum to rats previously immunised with Salmonella paratyphi B failed to produce a rise in flagellar agglutinin titres despite a profound fall in the number of circulating lymphocytes. This fall in lymphocyte count occurred even in adrenalectomised animals, suggesting that it is not dependent on an adrenal mechanism.
