Purification and Concentration of Mouse Encephalomyelitis Virus by Hemagglutination
[摘要] Hemagglutination of human red blood cells by GDVII mouse encephalomyelitis virus may be used as a method for affecting partial purification and concentration of the virus. The hemagglutinin titer of the virus is a rough index of its ability to infect and kill inoculated mice. Further, this titer is markedly affected by the electrolyte concentration in the in vitro system.
