The Estimation of Specific Antigen in Strains of Hemophilus Pertussis

[摘要] 1. 1. A method is presented which permits estimation of the amount of specific antigen in any given strain of Hemophilus pertussis .2. 2. Various strains of H. pertussis in phase I, whether freshly isolated or old laboratory strains differ within wide limits in their content of specific antigen.3. 3. The method has been used for the preliminary selection of strains of superior antigenicity for H. pertussis vaccine.
