Chemical Detoxification of Flexner Dysentery Antigen

[摘要] Various developments leading to a method for producing 90 per cent net reduction in toxicity of Flexner dysentery antigen are outlined. The work was part of a long-term project which had for its goal the production of a useful vaccine against Flexner dysentery infection. Further details will appear in later papers.
