Lymphocytes and Yellow Fever

[摘要] Human lymphoeytes can support the replication of 17-D yellow fever virus when stimulated in vitro with phytohemaggiutinin. Between 7 and 11 days following vaccination with 17-D virus, peripheral lymphocytes lose their ability to support virus replication but regain this capacity by the 25th day post-vaccination.
