Heterogeneity of Carbohydrate Content of Human IgA Myeloma Proteins
[摘要] Carbohydrate determinations were performed on seven human IgA myeloma proteins, four of them in both monomeric and polymeric form. The results showed that IgA molecules are hetero-geneons in carbohydrate content, that the carbohydrate portion probably does not contribute directly to the polymerization of IgA molecules, and that the IgA2 subclass does not appear to possess galactosamine.
