Production of Tetanal Toxin

[摘要] A method has been described for preparing tetanal toxin to be used as toxoid for the immunization of humans. After four years of extensive use there has been no report of anaphylaxis resulting from this product. It has been shown that the toxoid prepared from this toxin produced a satisfactory degree of immunity in man (9).The author wishes to thank Dr. Helen Plummer for the use of part of the data contained in the table.
