Porcine Immunoglobulins

[摘要] Antibody activity was demonstrated in each of six porcine immunoglobulins by the technique of indirect radioimmunodiffusion. Anti-BGG antibody of IgM, IgA and IgG classes were detected in serum simultaneously on the 4th day after primary immunization. The acquisition of antibody activity in the IgG subclasses was variable and no clear pattern was seen. IgA antibody reached peak titer last among the major classes and was the first to decline.
