The Uptake of Radioactive Phosphorus by Mouse Lymph Nodes During Sensitization to a Foreign Protein

[摘要] Changes in weight, histologic structure, and uptake of radioactive phosphorus in the lymph nodes of mice were examined and correlated with precipitin titers in the blood serum following first and second injections of horse serum. The results of the study indicate that phosphorus turnover in lymph nodes of normal mice is intimately and specifically associated with immunization processes taking place in the animals.
