Heterogeneity of Nonspecific Forces in the Precipitation Reaction

[摘要] Nonspecific factors are of importance in the reaction of precipitation of antibody by antigen. Purified anti-DNP antibody populations, even from individual rabbits, are heterogeneous with respect to these nonspecific factors. This heterogeneity is independent of the heterogeneity of affinity shown by the specific binding sites.
