A Second Example of a Rabbit Red Blood Cell Antigen Resulting from the Interaction of Two Genes
[摘要] Two new isoantibodies for rabbit blood group antigens were isolated. The antigens detected, called J and K, are controlled by the genes in the Hg system. Antigen J occurs as the direct product of the gene Hg DJK and also occurs as an “interaction antigen” in the heterozygote Hg A/ Hg FK. Antigen K occurs as the result of the action of the gene Hg DJK or of the gene Hg FK. A revised nomenclature is proposed to include these new antigens.
