Passive Anaphylaxis in Mice with Homologous Antiserum

[摘要] Anaphylactic signs leading to death as well as pathologic and physiologic changes in anaphylaxis have been described using antigen-antibody complexes as the shocking material. The importance of the antigen-antibody ratio as well as the amount of antibody in these soluble complexes has been indicated.
