The Use of Antigen-Antibody Specific Precipitates in Skin Testing for Delayed Hypersensitivity

[摘要] Specific precipitates made with bovine serum albumin (BSA) and excess rabbit, guinea pig or mouse antibody were used in skin testing rabbits and guinea pigs immunized with BSA. Typical delayed-type reactions were produced with these materials in animals with delayed hypersensitivity. In contrast to antigen alone, however, these complexes produced no Arthus-type reaction in animals having circulating antibody.
