Cellular Distribution of Forssman (Membrane) Antigen in the Guinea Pig Determined by the Mixed Agglutination Reaction

[摘要] The mixed agglutination reaction has been employed to study the distribution of the Forssman antigen in the tissues of the guinea pig.Most of the tissues examined were found to possess the antigen, exceptions being smooth muscle fibers and epithelium of the jejunum.The findings have been compared with those of other workers using the fluorescent antibody technique.
