An Immunologic and Chemical Study of the Similarities Between Mouse and Human Serum Proteins

[摘要] A new immunochemical method, combining the immunoelectrophoresis with the Ouchterlony diffusion method is described. By means of this new technique mouse proteins, antigenetically related to human prealbumin, albumin, alpha 1-glycoprotein, alpha-2-haptoglobin, transferrin, beta-I-C and γ-globulin, were localized in the immunoelectrophoretical tracings. Furthermore special staining for lipids of the immunoelectrophoretical tracings showed the α-2-III to be a lipoprotein.
