Spin-Label Studies of a Hapten-Combining Site of Rainbow Trout Antibody

[摘要] The hapten-combining site for trout anti-DNP antibody has been compared with that of rabbit by using spin-labeled haptens and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. The average depth of the combining sites in both trout and rabbit was calculated to be 11.5 A.
