Reactivation of Neutralized Influenza a Virus by Dilution

[摘要] Mixtures of immune serum and influenza A virus which are non-infectious for mice can be made lightly infectious merely by dilution.Reactivation of neutralized virus can be demonstrated with mixtures made either in vivo or in vitro .Reactivation of neutral serum-virus mixtures is not complete, and approximately 90 per cent of the virus remains permanently neutralized.
