Preparation and Properties of Antibodies to Sheep Erythrocytes

[摘要] The use of anion-exchange chromatography for purification of rabbit antisheep hemolysin (γ1) is confirmed. The technique is extended to the purification of γ2 hemolytic and agglutinating antibodies. The latter types of antibodies have been digested with papain and some immunologic properties of the fragments so derived are reported.
