FRACTURE OF THE ANTERIOR SPINE OF THE ILIUM

[摘要] Four cases of fracture of the anterior spine of the ilium are reported; and the conditions under which this disorder develops and should be suspected are discussed.A period of from two to three weeks of bed rest with knee flexed is suggested as the treatment of choice. Surgical intervention or the use of plaster spica was considered unnecessary in these cases.
