TOTAL AMINO ACID COMPOSITION IN MATURE HUMAN MILK

[摘要] Values for total amino acids in two pools of mature human milk, consisting of milk from 9 and 5 individual mothers, have been determined by the ion exchange resin column chromatographic technic.3-methyl histidine and two unidentified ninhydrin-reactive substances are found to be present in significant amounts in whole human milk.
