NO SUCH THING AS JUNK FOOD

[摘要] I hear a lot of parents talking about not allowing their babies to have cookies or other so-called "junk food." I say, there's no such thing as junk food. There are junk diets, but not junk food. If you give your child a chocolate cookie that's OK, it's not junk food. If you give him nothing but chocolate cookies all day, that's a junk diet. but if you give your child fruit juice all day and nothing else, that's a junk diet, too.
