TUBERCULOUS MENINGITIS TREATED WITH HYDROCORTISONE AND CORTISONE

[摘要] A case of tuberculous meningitis complicated by increased intraventricular pressure due to subarachnoid block is presented. On the basis of clinical observation the usefulness of intraventricular and intrathecal therapy with hydrocortisone combined with the antituberculous agents is stressed. Certain problems associated with this form of therapy are presented and discussed.
