Selective Erythroid Aplasia During Therapy for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

[摘要] Selective erythroid aplasia occurred in two children receiving chemotherapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The aplasia was reversible on cessation of therapy in one patient, and the other child remains transfusion-dependent on chemotherapy. Possible causes of pure red cell aplasia are discussed.
