Hemorrhagic Pityriasis Rosea: An Unusual Variant

[摘要] Four patients with a hemorrhagic form of pityriasis rosea are described. This condition must be differentiated from purpura pigmentosa chronica, a dermatologic disorder that persists or recurs over months to years without response to therapy. In addition, recognition of the hemorrhagic form as a variant of pityriasis rosea makes hematologic evaluation unnecessary.
