THE DECREASE IN SEVERITY OF ASTHMA IN CHILDREN OF PARENTS WHO SMOKE SINCE THE PARENTS HAVE BEEN EXPOSING THEM TO LESS CIGARETTE SMOKE

[摘要] Since 1986 an increasing awareness of the harmful effects of secondhand smoke has caused parents to smoke fewer cigarettes in the presence of their asthmatic children. This has been associated with a marked reduction in asthma severity of the smokers' children.
