COUGH AND ACE INHIBITORS

[摘要] Chronic cough as an adverse effect of ACE inhibitors is common. Prior outpatient practice reviews have also reported a higher incidence of ACE-inhibitor-induced cough than those studies conducted at university settings. The reason for the higher prevalence of cough in the private practice setting was not clear. It was suggested that "methods of detection" might be different in the two settings.
