Simultaneous Sudden Infant Death Syndrome in Twins

[摘要] Nine cases of twin infants dying suddenly and simultaneously are described, two of which the author examined personally. A review of this phenomenon described in other literature is also presented. It is hoped that increased awareness of this phenomenon will decrease the profound suspicions of both lay and professional persons that the deaths were due to criminal instrumentality.
