Aplastic Anemia in Down's Syndrome

[摘要] A child with Down's syndrome was seen with pancytopenia and was found to have an aplastic bone marrow. None of the known contributing etiologies of aplastic anemia could be identified in this patient. This is the first reported case of the simultaneous appearance of these two disorders.
