RAYNAUD'S DISEASE PRESENTING IN A 5-MONTH-OLD-MALE INFANT
[摘要] Raynaud's disease appears to be an unusual disorder in early childhood. The manifestations in a 5-month-old infant described here seem to be in keeping with the accepted criteria of Raynaud's disease. It is unusual in that the toes were the earliest areas involved and presented severe, sustained vasoconstriction. Other cases reported in childhood also involved the toes more prominently than the fingers, the reverse of the usual observation in adults. Improvement while on reserpine therapy may be only coincidental.
