ANGIOCARDIOGRAPHIC STUDIES ON THE HUMAN FOETAL CIRCULATION

[摘要] Direct radiographic angiocardiography with 10 exposures per second on human foetuses in legal abortions is described. The technical solution combines the advantages of a high picture quality with a possibility of assessing the dynamic course in the heart and the circulation in both the arterial and the venous circulatory system. The foetal communications in the circulation of the human foetus are distinctly visualized as well as the various conditions in the cardiac chambers during the cardiac cycle and also its relationship to the circulation in the efferent vessels of the foetus.
