Using simulation to further best practices in nursing leadership

[摘要] I applaud Critical Care Nurse for recognizing simulation as a best practice in critical care leadership. As a clinical nurse educator, it is refreshing to see that CCN is supporting the advancement of nursing knowledge and science through the use of simulation. The article by Radovich et al (October 2011:58–63) demonstrates that simulation is an effective orientation and teaching tool for novice nurse leaders.
