[摘要] The topic of bullying and lateral violence is everywhere in the media. Mean Girls Grown Up identifies behaviors that follow people from adolescence into adulthood and create the hurtful dynamics of bullying. In a profession that is still predominantly female it is important to see these behaviors and address them appropriately. The aggression and passivity underlying bullying must be left behind in order to move on and achieve healthy adult relationships.
