[摘要] In the December 2011 OnlineNOW article by Poms and Kingman, “Inhaled Treprostinil for the Treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension” ( Crit Care Nurse. 2011; 31[6]:e1–e10), there was an error in the first sentence under the heading Pharmacology: Mechanism of Action of Prostacyclin. This sentence should read, “Prostacyclin, through the action of cyclooxygenase-2, is released from the endothelial cells, leading to vasodilation and the inhibition of platelet aggregation.”
