Caracterização Metabólica de uma Partida de Futsal: Uma Análise Crítica Através da Bioquímica e Fisiologia do Exercício

[摘要] Este estudo avaliou características metabólicas do futsal utilizando como marcadores a formação de lactato e sua remoção e níveis de glicose liberada após a partida. Medimos a concentração de lactato antes, após os primeiro e segundo tempos e uma hora após a partida (Accutrend® Lactate Roche); os níveis de glicose foram obtidos antes e após a partida (Accutrend® Glucose Roche) em amostras de sangue (32µL) de oito sujeitos de nível recreativo (idade de 31,6±6,6 anos, massa de 83,75±9,26 kg e altura de 1,80±0,052 metro). A partida teve dois tempos de vinte minutos cada e foi filmada com uma câmera Sony Cyber-Shot Dsc-p73. Nossos resultados mostraram que a concentração de lactato aumentou significativamente durante a partida (p<0.01 nos primeiro e segundo tempos em relação ao repouso e uma hora após a partida). A concentração de glicose permaneceu nas mesmas condições de repouso (p>0.05). Concluímos que os marcadores analisados refletiram uma condição individual de fadiga e permitiram indicar que a fadiga não é exclusiva de um evento metabólico, mas também de fatores neurais e mecânicos.Palavras Chaves: futsal, lactato, glicose, metabolismo, fadiga.

ABSTRACT

This study evaluated the futsal metabolic characteristics using as markers the lactate formation and its removal and the glucose release after game. We measured lactate concentration before, after the first and second times and 1 hour after the game (Accutrend® Lactate Roche); the glucose levels were obtained before and after the game (Accutrend® Glucose Roche) in blood samples (32µL) of eight subjects with leasure level (age of 31,6±6,6 years, weight of 83,75±9,26 kg and height of 1,80±0,052 meter). The game had two times of twenty minutes each and it was filmed with a camera Sony Cyber-Shot Dsc-p73. Our results showed that the lactate concentration increased significantly during the game (p<0.001 in the first and second times in relationship to the rest and 1 hour after the game). The glucose concentration remained at the rest condition (p>0.05) after the game. We conclude that the markers analyzed reflected an individual condition of fatigue and its permitted to indicate that the fatigue is not exclusive of a metabolic event, but also of neural and mechanics factors.Key words: futsal, lactate, glucose, metabolism, fatigue.
