O dimorfismo sexual e suas implicações no rendimento e planejamento do esporte feminino

[摘要] Este artigo tem por objetivo destacar, através de uma revisão de literatura, as particularidades estruturais da mulher durante seu crescimento até a vida adulta e comparar as características anatômicas femininas com as masculinas dentro das mesmas fases de desenvolvimento somático, a fim de proporcionar uma linha básica de avaliação subjetiva destes fatores, buscando assim as relações existentes entre as características estruturais do indivíduo, as necessidades específicas de planejamento esportivo e o desempenho atlético. A maioria das diferenças nas respostas ao exercício entre homens e mulheres é proveniente das diferenças de tamanho corporal. E estas diferenças se devem ao desenvolvimento diferente do esqueleto, da musculatura e do tecido adiposo. Estas diferenças parecem apontar para a direção da especificação dos meios e métodos de treinamento às necessidades exclusivas das mulheres, e a relevância do conhecimento técnico-acadêmico específico sobre estas peculiaridades de gênero.

ABSTRACT

This article has for objective to detach, through a literature revision, the structural particularitities of the woman during all its growth until the adult life and to compare the feminine anatomical characteristics with the masculines inside of the same phases of somatic development, in order to provide to a basic line of subjective evaluation of these factors, thus searching the existing relations between the structural characteristics of the individual, the specific necessities of sports planning and the athletical level. The majority of the differences in the answers to the exercise between men and women is proceeding from the differences of corporal size.E these differences if must to the different development of the skeleton, the muscle and the body fat.These differences seem to point with respect to the direction of the specification of the ways and methods of training to the exclusive necessities them women, and the relevance it knowledge specific technician-academic on these peculiarities of sort.
