A Micromethod for the Determination of Serum Iron and Serum Iron-Binding Capacity

[摘要] A reliable method is described for the determination of serum iron and iron-binding capacity in microaliquots of serum, using modifications of the Ramsay methods and the Beckman-Spinco ultramicro analytical system.
