Serum Adenosine Deaminase: Methodology and Clinical Applications

[摘要] Adenosine deaminase activity of serum has been studied to explore its clinical applicability. The results suggest greater usefulness of this parameter for certain disease states of liver and lymph systems than for cancer. The assay, under controlled conditions, was found to be capable of producing precise results.
