Electrometric Titration of Copper and Zinc in Biologic Material

[摘要] Copper and zinc are determined in biologic material by titration with tetraethylenepentamine (Tetren) at selected p H levels by means of a dual polarized mercury electrode. The procedure is rapid and eliminates wet ashing of organic material.
