Plasma Tributyrinase in the Neonatal Period

[摘要] A method is described for the microestimation of tributyrinase activity in plasma that requires only 0.1 ml. of sample. This is an electrometric procedure adapted from a titrimetric method.A comparison curve is established which relates titration units to electrometric units.Data are presented for the plasma tributyrinase levels in the first 6 days of neonatal period. No significant daily variations could be detected.
