Acid Hydrolases in Plasma in Gaucher’s Disease

[摘要] Acid hydrolytic enzymes were measured in plasma from 6 patients with Gaucher’s disease. Markedly increased values were found not only for acid phosphatase, as expected, but also for β-acetylglucosaminidase and β-glucuronidase. The activity of β-galactosidase and α-fucosidase was slightly increased, and that of α-mannosidase was normal.
