A Simple Method for the Preparation of Agarose
[摘要] Agar was purified by adsorption of the agaropectin from a hot agar solution with an insoluble adsorbent. The best results were obtained with aluminum hydroxide gel, especially when the agar was prewashed with an EDTA solution. The product obtained has a low sulfur content and has very good electro-endosmotic properties.
