Determination of D-Xylose in Urine for the D-Xylose Absorption Test

[摘要] A method is described for the determination of D-xylose in urine which is based on the specific absorptivity of the pentose o-toluidine complex. Quantitation of xylose can be made in the presence of a hexose.
