Evaluation of Glucose Determinations in Untreated Serum Samples

[摘要] Serum without the use of an antiglycolytic agent is inadequate for glucose determinations unless the delay between collection and processing is minimum. Fluoride-treated samples should be used when delay of an hour or more is unavoidable.
