Abrupt Thyroid Function Changes in a 32-Year-Old Man

[摘要] A 32-year-old man presented with acute chest pain and dyspnea. Because ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction was suspected, he was given aspirin, clopidogrel, and unfractionated heparin. Coronary catheterization was unremarkable. Computed tomographic imaging revealed pericardial effusion. Myopericarditis was considered and colchicine was added to his treatment.
