Unusual “Hyperparathyroidism”

[摘要] A 36-year-old man had a serum parathyroid hormone (PTH)4 concentration of 1847 pg/mL. He had normal kidney function, normal calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and vitamin D concentrations, and no symptoms of hyperparathyroidism.
