Determination of Magnesium and Calcium in Urine

[摘要] A procedure for the determination of both calcium and magnesium in urine is described.The method consists of the separation of calcium from magnesium and individual spectrophotometric titrations of each using EDTA as a complexometric reagent and murexide and eriochrome black T as indicators.Recoveries have proven very satisfactory.
