Assay of Thiamine in Biologic Fluids
[摘要] A method based on the protozoan Ochromonas malhamensis has been developed for assaying thiamine in biologic fluids. It is sensitive, specific and reproducible. Results by this method agree well with other less convenient methods of thiamine assay.
