A Note on the Determination and Identification of Cyanide in Biologic Materials

[摘要] A procedure is described for the determination of cyanide in biologic fluids. Distinction can be made between simple cyanides, ferrocyanides and ferricyanides, nitroprussides, and cyanogenetic substances, such as amygdalin. Traces of cyanogenetic substances resembling amygdalin could be detected in normal urine. Other types of cyanide-like material could not be detected.
