Immunoglobulin Components of "Gamma" Globulin in Human Serum

[摘要] Total gamma globulin was measured after paper electrophoresis of 40 human sera. Gamma G, γ A, and γ M immunoproteins were measured in these sera by single diffusion in agar gel. The total gamma globulin was found to consist primarily of γ G and γ M proteins, with a small portion of the γ A also included.
